As a follow-up to last year’s Bargaining 101 seminar, this session is intended for anyone who is new to the collective bargaining process or interested in a refresher on how negotiations work. The focus of this session will be on more advanced bargaining issues, including interest-based or condensed bargaining; impasse procedures; negotiations strategies; important collective bargaining laws; strikes; and implementation.
