OSBA offers a full-service risk management package for school districts in Ohio.  The program includes unemployment services, workers compensation group rating program, claims management, safety education and safety training.

OSBA program has over 345 participants…the largest pool of public employers in the state next to the Ohio Township Association. 

Based on strategic grouping of districts with similar risk, members can realize discounts ranging from 20% to 89% of their “normal” workers comp rates if they had not participated in the program.
