Leadership starts with skilled and well-Informed school board members and administrators. The Ohio School Boards Association has a proud tradition of serving the leadership development needs of our member board and key administrators.
OSBA annually sponsors dozens of workshops and conferences on timely topics, using specialized teaching techniques and highly skilled instructors.
Most workshops are three to five hours in length. Sessions are scheduled at convenient times and locations in recognition of our members' busy schedules. OSBA has also started on-line training to better fit your busy schedule.
Most workshops entitle board members to OSBA Award of Achievement credit.
