Since 1980, the OSBA President has the privilege of recognizing an individual who has had a tremendous influence on public education in Ohio. The award, “In recognition of dedicated leadership to education and commitment to preserving local lay control on a local, state and national level,” is presented at the first General Session of the OSBA Capital Conference.
